Dealer Comments
Rugged, capable, and built for the demands of West Texas. The all-new 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road combines the proven versatility of a midsize pickup with a modern 2.4L turbocharged 4-cylinder i-FORCE engine, 8-speed automatic transmission, and part-time 4WD. In this configuration, the engine produces 278 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque, giving El Paso drivers plenty of low-end torque for highway driving, hauling, and exploring beyond the pavement. For the El Paso consumer, the TRD Off-Road is particularly well suited to the region's mix of city streets, highways, desert terrain, and mountain roads. Its 4WD system includes a two-speed transfer case with 4H and 4L, while Active Traction Control (A-TRAC) and an electronically locking rear differential help provide additional traction when conditions get challenging. The TRD Off-Road's suspension is specifically designed for demanding terrain, featuring Bilstein monotube remote-reservoir shocks that help manage heat during extended off-road use. Multi-Terrain Select provides selectable settings for conditions such as mud, dirt, and sand, while available Crawl Control can help maintain a controlled low speed over difficult terrain. Inside, the Tacoma provides modern technology and connectivity, including Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an available 14-inch touchscreen. Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 includes features such as Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Automatic High Beams, Road Sign Assist, and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. Buying a used car doesn't have to be a cause for worry. Casa fully inspects all the vehicles that make it to our lot, so we stand behind them.
